Our text messaging program is called Maxx Vega Entertainment SMS. When you opt in through the SMS consent checkbox on our booking form at maxxvega.com/contact, or by texting our business number first, we send you text messages about your booking inquiry: replies to your questions, booking confirmations, and event reminders. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies based on booking activity.
Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your plan.
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and nothing further after that.
Reply HELP to any message for help. You can also reach our support team any time at booking@maxxvega.com or by calling or texting (725) 777-4812.
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it. Your mobile phone number, your text messaging originator opt-in data, and your SMS consent are never shared with, sold to, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Performance bookings are confirmed by contract and invoice after you submit the booking form or contact us. Scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations are handled at booking@maxxvega.com or (725) 777-4812.
If we change these terms we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
