Maxx Vega Entertainment ("we," "us") is operated by Maxx Vega, doing business as Maxx Vega Entertainment. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit maxxvega.com or communicate with us, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions? When you request a booking or contact us, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, event date and details, venue information, song preferences, and any notes you share so we can prepare your booking. Our website also collects standard analytics data such as pages visited and device type.
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, prepare your contract and invoice, schedule and deliver your performance, send confirmations and reminders, process payments, and improve our services. We only send you what relates to your inquiry and your booking.
If you check the SMS consent box on our booking form, or text our business number first, we will send you text messages about your booking: confirmations, reminders, and replies to your questions. Message frequency varies based on booking activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help.
Your mobile phone number, your text messaging originator opt-in data, and your SMS consent are never shared with, sold to, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The only exception is service providers acting on our behalf solely to deliver the messages you asked for, such as our messaging carrier, and they may not use your information for anything else.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, such as payment processing, contract signing, and messaging delivery, and only for those purposes; or when the law requires it.
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. You can ask us to review, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing booking@maxxvega.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Your information is stored on access-controlled systems and used only as needed to serve you. We keep booking records for as long as we need them for service history, accounting, and legal requirements, then delete them.
If we change this policy we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
